How to get this plugin for my blog?

When you visit sites like mashable and scroll down a slide comes in suggesting a post.




I want to use it on blogger.

Does someone know it?

Yea, I think it's called the Slide.

 

Go in blog and put "install plug in" and then he show a lot of plug in. you should go with latest version of plug in.
