Pop-unders with CJ?

Are they allowed? I can't find anything either way. I want to serve my visitors some of my CJ advertisers via pop-under and don't want to have my account closed.

Can anyone give me a URL that shows either way?

I understand that you can do it (pop-up) if and only if the pop up comes from your site (not a third party site), but I'm not sure:

I would contact CJ and ask them about it

Well, I got an email from CJ quoting the exact TOS that Micromag did. However the interpretation from the rep was that pop-under were not allowed. I think the person either misunderstood my question or the TOS. It looks like they are allowed.

I'll clarify the question and see what the rep has to say and post here.
