Can I open this PAYPAL account ?!

Hello,

I'm Egyptian and my country is not supported at PAYPAL but my cousin is a french man and live in France .

Can I ask him to open a paypal account from france with my email address to accept money and send money through it ?

He will make the account with France IP but me who will use it in Egypt in sending and receiving money .

Is that legal and allowed ?

No, you can't.

Because to send and receive with French account you will need French Bank account and CC. So whatever sending or receiving will happen, will straightly go with your cousin, not you. Also PayPal blocks the account if the login ip changes by country.

 

But , I will not withdraw money to CC , I will put the money on the account only .
Can I talk with paypal support for that ?.

 

You technically can open a PayPal account anywhere in the world, but there are a couple things that you need to keep in mind.
First and foremost, the information and the footprints on your account need to be consistent, for example, IP address, user information on the account, credit card, bank.

 

Put money from which account? From your Egyptian account to the Paypal account? Is so, then you can't.All you can do with such PayPal account is to rotate money, nothing else.You can use some tricks. Let the account to operate your cousin. And let him withdraw to his bank when you need money, then ask him to send money through SWIFT.

What you can do is ask your cousin to open a paypal account, and ask him/her to send or receive money everytime, mean you never log into the paypal account, then it is fine

you can ask your cousin to open that account, but you cant open it from your end,, you will run into trouble.

You can do because both Bangladesh & US are PayPal supported. But he can't do as Egypt is not PayPal supported. PayPal will simply limit his account for logging from non-supported country.

 

As far as I know,paypal will truck your ips

 

I disagreed.Still possible with Egyptian passport. I can help with that.I has paypal from 2005 and i use my Bangladeshi passport for paypal country.lol always login from Bangladesh.2 time limited. and restore via Bangladeshi photo ID. How I can help.

 

please checkout Bangladesh is not allow by paypal.also note my paypal login on Pakistan Ip too.no problem.I don't show my tricks.But if want paypal your real name.I can do that.i need your passport only as a photo ID country not metter for me.

you can use it.. if you get it verified on ur cousin account and then use a dedicated French VPN .. perhaps you can do that but its risky and of course not legal
