Problem With Site [HTML/javascript/CSS]

So i'm creating a site for my moms work and I used a menu from a free pack of stuff for websites

I basically have this problem where anything on my index page won't show up unless I have it fixed positioned with CSS
On my about page nothing shows up even when I position it fixed

I've become very annoyed with this issue and nothing I do seems to work. If someone could help I would appreciate it sooooo much

nothing shows in about us page becoz there are no content there?

and its alwys gud to use fixed width layout instead of fluid layout

Oh I haven't uploaded the new file i've been working on but when I add content to it nothing shows up.

 

it was fixed with a </ul> tag lol idk how I missed that

 

HTML is much easier than all other programming languages. Instead of telling you what's wrong, it just displays a blank page.

 

Your site is not opened in my laptop or Pc also. What's the problem?
