I've been smoking for about 8 years. At times, up to 2 packs a day. Right now i'm level at about 1/2 a pack per day.

I smoke alot when I drive, which makes for days that are alot higher than normal. Hell, I just bought a Mercedes SLK350 and I can't stop driving around with the top down and a smoke in my mouth.

Living life I guess.

My philosophy is... if smoking doesn't kill me, driving fast definitely will.

 

My suggestion to all who cant stop smoking use the best filter out there. I have seen the craving dies away as it makes the nicotine and tar level drop down to a very significant degree. The filter I am using is Smoker's Friend. Kinda nice

 

I didn't know that there is a choice for filter. Maybe it is because I am a non-smoker although I have friends who smoke a lot.

 

Its the only way I can reduce the side effects. But I guess its all going to be over when someone gets married -

Try getting filters mate - the real good ones. You wont believe what goes inside us if you do not see the disposable filters getting black. Seriously cigarrettes suck.

But regardless, is that how you want your son to grow up? Look at the possible outcomes:

1. His dad gets cancer.
2. His dad gets some other smoking-related disease.
3. He wants to be like dad, so he starts smoking as well.

I know you're probably tired of being preached to, but I'd give that a second thought.

 

I where a chain smoker for maybe 6 years, but then I got interested in fitness 2 years ago and now I'm a happy non-smoker.

Congrats Smaaz for becoming a non-smoker. I am quite impressive with your determination to quit smoking.

 

I smoke too, maybe 1 to 10 sticks a day

 

My mom quit after like 10 years of smoking. Just stopped one day and never went back Oo;; ..so it's possible!!
Dad still smokes.. I hate when he smokes around us, he doesn't seem to care either we are around or not, even with my little brother.. And then my clothes smell like smoke >< pisses me off.. and he whines how he wishes he could quit..
