Do I like posting on forums such as Digital Point? Sometimes (after a while I get bored of the spam and same stupid questions - considering people on such forums want to be webmasters, they should learn how to use search).
Do I like to use forum posts for links? No, forum spam is annoying.
Do I like it when I get organic links from a forum? Hell yes, I sure do!

How is it ethical if you are planting your link intentionally? Unless of course you link ended up there organically, i.e. no one associated with you placed it there.

Ethical would be making a twitter account for your site (i.e. not hiding who you are) and tweeting your links (along with a bit of text of course), as it's a legitimate way for people to follow your site and get the latest updates about it.

 

If no signature links I think ,there will be less post. Share the content and share benefit is the core of forums.
