Install customer care - online chat solution for my visitors

Does any one know good software, to install in my website, that visitors could chat online, like customer service,,, I have seen it on few hosting companies, can any one help plz

 

Livezilla is the best free option as far as I know.

 

Actually livezilla is no longer free. I suggest you use Zopim. They have a great free edition as well. http://www.zopim.com/
