$47 Logo Contest - 72 Hours and a GUARANTEED winner will be selected

Hey EVERYONE! I'm looking for a new logo and want YOUR creative "energy" on it!

Contest Requirements:

1. The contest will be live for 72 Hours.
2. There will be one gauranteed winner from this thread itself.
3. Request all to post the designs on this thread and not elsewhere or not PMs.
4. I will try my best to keep updating you with the tweaks required to match what I'm looking for.
5. As soon as the contest ends, winner will be chosen and payment will be through PayPal or WePay immediately

Design Requirements:

1. Require a vibrant and colorful logo for a new "marketplace" that is called xDSpot
2. The design should have black, white, and orange in the logo. And must have the words xDSpot in it....
3. The logo can include your "feel" or a themes of what the marketplace represents...
4. You can be creative and try out new things.
5. Here is a "brief Description" of what the marketplace represents:

"can u incorporate some sort of graphics to give the feel of a "social commerce marketplace"...

x as in variable (or multiple) D as in dimensional. we are not solving the problem from a single dimension, i.e. we’re not just marketing – we’re great at it, but that’s because there are other things that are building the underlying infrastructure to the point that we solve every problem from multiple dimensions … I also think the xD gives thing a cutting edge “aura”. Social commerce with analytics and the fastest speed - platform on the internet.

The marketplace provides easy-to-use tools to build funnels for sales and marketing, these funnels are intelligent processes that automatically track interactions of prospects and buyers with offers, products, and all the commerce in between.

Hey ya - can u utilize more orange, yellow and black colors - and the left hand side graphic - kinda not digging it (sorry) - it reminds me of "nuclear" graphics....
