Hey Google its just a driver for a laptop, is a blue-tooth driver violate the copyright ! Its been 4 years of good work with Adsense with no problems, and I don't want it to end this for an unknown reason, so please Google help me to fix the problem and restore adsense back to my website. Please help to locate any bad pages or contents if there, Thanks . my google forum thread: https://groups.google.com/a/googlep...sense/adsense-basics-and-policies/RljRrMYThN8 BTW, I dont want this thread to be indexed in google search, is there any option on digital point ?
wtf. do you actually read his post ? Anyway, just as Google stated in the email - VIOLATION(S) FOUND: COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL It will take too long for anyone to go thru your website, so you have to check everything by itself. My suggestion is that if the traffic isn't that much, just delete off those post you feel that might be causing the violation. For high traffic pages, try wording them into a review and avoiding using the specs / tech info from the official pages & of cos the Images There's alot of images on your site, i doubt you own them, even if you credit other sites for the images, it is still a violation ... unless they stated in their copyright that you are free to use so long you attribute back (go read the creative commons) On the brighter side - Google only disabled serving ad on this website, and your account is still active. But do be careful, cos you are flagged.
Thanks Nystul, I already started cleaning old and weak posts, but what make me confused is the example they put on the message, its just an article of a bluetooth driver for a laptop, is that article a violation ? this is my question.. I think I will quit news/specs article and only post my own "how to" articles..
If google doesnt want to post drivers or press release pictures of products, they must also take down Engadget and techcrunch , or they only attack the newbie and small websites ...
You'll never know. But since they are nice enough to give you a warning ... Just take the necessary action. Might be the article, might be the images ... when in doubt, clear them all.
Thanks Nystul, I know that I must take necessary action and remove the article, but for the long term work with adsense what I and everyone use adsense must know is why they consider that article as a VIOLATION, please guys take a look at the article in the cache over here also I found a backlink to that article on filespart.com (which might be the cause ? I start doubting in everything pfff)
Just like Nystul said you definitely have to consider yourself lucky that they gave you a warning. Usually they would just disable your account and thats it. Good to see you have cleaned it up a bit but I am not sure if it would be worth risking your account trying to fight for ads to be displayed once again. Also when you post in the google forums make sure to ask directly for an Adsense Pro to help you out they should be able to answer you, if they don't then just move on since the adsense customer service is stuck in the caveman days.
Google is like a godfather of internet advertisements, he often disable websites most of the time it gives example pages which has nothing to do with violation, means it doesn't even have the violation. It is highly recommended for everyone to read adsense policy before getting in because if you don't read it is most opossible that you might end up with making site that are against google adsense terms and condition after a year when your site start doing good google will band it. always remember one thing, at initial no matter how much you violate google adsense policy, nothing will happen, but when your site start running google will definitely find you and band you.
From my experience if you're having hard time with getting into Adsense, post the same articles in blogger.com and than try getting in, it is much easier and it almost always does the work
If Google mention that this is a sample of adsense policy violation post, we can't trust it. Because of Google employee not give correct information. If you are not sure my statement, check Google forums. They post "Check the solution in here" But they give their Q&A page link.
He mention this one, in middle of his thread. That mean Google stop displaying ads on "guruht.com" site.
lol. there're alot of "spammers" just trying to get post count up without realizing the changes made to DP Sigs. Anyway, regarding the Adsense Pro, you can't request for it. But you can post in the Google Adsense forum, and hope that it get answered by them - low chances tho' and sometimes, it put you in a wrong spotlight. My advice is to revamp your site's content (unless it is doing a great deal of traffic already)
Thanks everyone specially Nystul, I've made a huge clean to the website, cleaning out suspicious old and weak articles (was about 2800 article, now 1300), is it ok for the appeal now (I found somewhere that I only have one shoot for the appeal) or do I need someone to review my website before the appeal, who can do such a pro review ? (again the BIG problemm for me that make me confused is that until now I cant figure out the exact cause that lead to the disable). update: BTW after a deep analyse I found a backling here to the example post on adsense email on a sharing website that is disabled for adsense (tested with a preview tool), it can the cause ?
From past experience I would KILL that site and get another domain to build upon. Do NOT risk leaving adsense on that site any longer. Remove all adsense code from the site now if you have not already done so.
Try to get the Adsense ads to your site again by contacting the via Adsense official forum. If you couldn't just forget it and try affiliate marketing or other contaxtual ad network. For me, I am earning more bucks from affiliate marketing than the Adsense revenue.
