Selling Anna Kournikova Pictures Site - Very good traffic, great opportunity & very cheap!

Domain is about 4 years old, has some good search engine ranking. Looking to offload the site, as well as some others, as I've still got far too many and am unable to keep them all updated - I hate seeing opportunities going to waste, so I'm loathe to sell this, but it needs some time put in to it.

A good idea would be to transfer it to wordpress or another platform so its easier to manage, currently its just html pages.

Website makes money from Adsense and video (Unruly media network - pay per video play).

Earnings are admittedly pretty low right now, around $10 per month, but it has been really poorly monetised - could have much better positioning for adverts, and use different adverts - dating affiliates for example.

I literally have no time to add new content or change things thats why I'm selling.

Had 3000 hits last month, but a little while back it was getting crazy traffic but as I've not updated it in a long time its dropped back down again.
