This is an automated movie site. It take new trailers, movie info, etc automatically (cron job once a week). It's a wordpress site.

The site is about 2 weeks old and still little traffic but it already got 9 visitors from Google search without any link building.

The site is made for both adsense and affiliate (clickbank and amazon) but as I don't have adsense I turned off all adsense code.

The site come with a twitter account (http://twitter.com/MovieRumble) and a fan page (http://www.facebook.com/MovieRumble). I ordered a custom fan page design for it but it's not finished yet. Buyer get these accounts and the fanpage design for free.

This site has a huge potential and a great top level movie domain name (MovieRumble.com).

Just curious, why the Registration Date says Mar 31st 2012?

 

I am not sure, I think it's an error in the system. If you click on the domain to check whois, you will see that it's registered at 6 March 2012. (This happens to me all the time for my domains that registered in NameCheap)

Will there be any problems with Copyright infringement?
Also no adsense, is it because of the Google AdSense Program Policies for Copyright issues?

Do you have a licence or permission to use these videos?

What I mean with no adsense is that I don't have adsense. You can use adsense with it.

The builder of the site assured me that the content/videos come from legal feeds and providers he teamed with. So he has permission to use the videos and content for this site.

1) The script you are using is licensed? As i know that script very well.
2) Will I able to clone it on multiple domains and there won't be any license issue arise?

The problem does not lie with "him" the builder, they won't sue him. What I am concerned is that they could file a copyright dmca case and it would be too risky for the next owner of the site.

One last question. Why are you planning to sell it after spending time and money on it? Why not develop it yourself?

Hi,

The script is licensed and no you won't be able to clone it. If you want to clone it , you need to buy a multisite license yourself as I am not the developer or builder. Thanks for your bid.

Well what I mean is that he assured that any site owner would not have problem as the script has permission to do this according to him.

I would love to develop the site my self but I need some money now to buy an offer I don't want to miss (not site related but still about internet marketing). If you take a look at my last threads of the last 3-4 weeks, I am am trying to sell my domains and sites as I need the money.

It's a multi site license so it has more content than the single site license but I am not selling the script, I am selling my site, so it means buyer are not licensed to use/clone the script for other domain if buyer does not have a multi site license his/her own. So buyer need to buy the multi site license them self if they want to use the script in another domain.
