    Looks kind of suspicious that the code is mostly generated by javascript and the header is not clickable which it should be if it's part of the ad.

    If that's a legit G ad, it's pretty weird-looking. Otherwise it blends nicely with the banner.

    How to become premium publisher with Google? Unfortunately I realized that Google doesn't have the same rules for everyone.

    Yeah..looks like premium publisher too..You need to have a very high traffic to qualify for premium publisher..

    Yes, it really looks like a premium publisher to me. If you check on Digg, for example, they are also premium publishers and their ads also look odd.

    I had 80k UNIQUE visitors on a site I owned, I couldnt be a premium publisher, though i made like $xxx a day.

    You need 20 million page views per month to apply, but that doesn't mean they'll accept you.
