This is a great idea, and the site looks really good, fresh and professional.
I wonder though where you will put more advertising space, as I see only one space at the top for a banner... I guess in the left bar, below the "categories"?

 

It's a good minimalistic design. Liked the fonts and the logo especially. However, performance may be hit by too many thumbs.

Improvement areas:
- The slider description background is white at the moment and that is not looking good. Think of greys or light blues
- The same gray or light blue should go to the custom menu hover background styling
- Redesign 'search site'
- I think the footer widgets will do better with 3 columns instead of 4

I will use leftbar and may be text adds in posts. Not sure about that yet.

About footer, i will think about that I m thinking about big twitter rss and facebook buttons for leftbar too. Thank you for comments

 

rly nice clean feel, like the idea but imagine its going to be hard to constantly add 10 things for every topic you wish to cover!

It is good funny website/ But I think there are much white color on the background.
In generally good!

 

agree with dollarshower above, I like the site a-lot but something doesn't quite look visually right with the white opaque background to the description in the slider, maybe if you used a semi-transparent background similar to photo descriptions.
Also maybe create a favicon (small icon logo to appear in browser next to url address - the "10" logo would be ideal)
