I got information from some post that google will pay for clicks according to the regions. If we get the clicks from US,UK then we generate more revenue than clicks from India is it true?

it is according to the advertisers. google is just taking a cut from it.
basically, advertisers are more willing to pay for traffic & clicks from some regions due to higher conversion rates etc

It all depends on the Ads targeted countries.

It actually depends on the advertiser. However, generally you will found that US/UK advertiser is paying more

Some countries are more likely to buy than others, that's why advertisers sometime target specific countries....

You get an uknown percentage (Google keep the % secret) of what the highest ppc bid price is for a key word/phrase. Each coutry would be different depending the advertisers business type.

Sounds about right, though I believe how much you earn per click still depends on the advertiser -- it just so happens that most prefer traffic from countries like the US.
