    HAHAHAHAHA... Big laugh because this words "Over the next few weeks" and what I know your FEW is UNKNOWN and maybe few months not weeks! Huh! How expert you all handle your services? Repair with PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMMER, don't just hire cheap programmer out there!

    AlertPay always send me money within 7 days via Bank Wire Transfer. Anyone know that, when AlertPay will allow Credit card and Debit card Payment

    how to withdraw $$ to bank account ? their is no such option.

    i have added my bank account & Its Confirmed (status Says).

    Hi all, on Mar 20th , i've placed an exchange order from Alertpay to LibertyReserve at www.alertexchange.com . I sent them money, and they promised that i would got my money on Monday. But i still got nothing now
    I placed order

    They said i would receive money on Monday

    Then i contacted them on Tuesday on Live Support, he/she said "you'll receive your money to day" (it means Tuesday) , but just the words of scammers
    Becareful of them. If they don't send me money in next 12h, i'll open a dispute

    Is there only Yves at the verification dept ? Would you please join him to made thing goes faster because it's seem it took 4-6 days for verification dept to reply an ticket. I'm waiting for so long to be your customer!

    I am waiting since Feb 29, 2012 for verifying account. Moreover I am verified on Year 2006. Don't know why it has been delay? Not even any reply recent times.

    Someone from AP reply. Account Pending verification since Feb , 2012. Submitted Ticket, Attached the Document, Explained clearly about all the Document Submitted, Reminded again through Same Support Ticket, In this Forum, Twitter etc... Still no reply from any source. Only my Balance locked more than Month.

    But Paypal Customer support is very fast compare to anyother. Whatever the issue or decision they take but reply every ticket within 24-48Hrs.

    Hi! I would like to use alertexchanger to transfer money from my Alertpay account balance to Cirrus Maestro Debit card. Is it possible?
    If Alertexchanger tries to scam me, what should I do? Is there a chance to get my money back to Alertpay account?

    second how can we view submitted ticket status ? on helpdesk page when i click on login option it just redirect to normal login page and after enter details don't show any submitted ticket details.

    The reason why there was no response to your tweets or tickets yesterday was because business days are from Mondays to Fridays. Since we fall under the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST), yesterday was the weekend.

    Our User Agreement (https://www.alertpay.com/en/legal.aspx) really encourages members to exercise their own due diligence especially before using exchangers. When we speak of due diligence, we mean that you have to know what you are getting into, possess all the information, and understand the risks involved (if any). You can find the list of approved exchangers by performing the following steps:
    1) Login to your AlertPay account and click on "Withdraw".
    2) On the right hand side you will see: "Withdraw funds through an AlertPay-recognized exchanger"
    3) Click on the word "exchanger"

    The reason we have a list of authorized exchangers is actually to promote favourable and positive outcomes for our members. Our User Agreement strictly prohibits any transactions made with unauthorized exchangers. If you choose to engage in a transaction with these unauthorized exchangers, consider yourself warned of the risks you are exposing yourself to. Consequently, if a negative outcome results from transactions performed with the help of unauthorized exchangers, AlertPay will not be able to assist you since you chose not to use one of our authorized exchangers.

    Well I don't want to use unauthorized one. I am asking if there happens any problem with authorized one, will Alertpay help me out?
