Hi all, I want to know if any of these SEO techniques actually work and if they are white hat seo. I see people offering these services on fiverr and I have tried out some myself and im not sure which actually works and which would harm my serp rankings. xxxx = wildcard number xxxx forum profile backlinks your link posted on xxxx bookmarking sites article spin and posted on xxxx blogs So if they were Do Follow links, they will most likely be indexed by google right? Also, with alexa it shows how many backlinks your site has, im sure I have more so is it because they are no follow and google can't index them? Thanks
spin content is black hat try to get original and quality content and alexa is not reliable tool to get the number of your backlinks try to use http://www.majesticseo.com/.
1. There is NO dofollow link attribute. 2. The nofollow link attribute does NOT prevent indexing, it ONLY prevents the passing of useless toolbar PR and tells Google that you do not trust the external website.
Hey, The genreal rule of thumb is to stay away from services that offer to build links for you. Keep in mind you are trying to get the most natural looking link profile, so a million directory links and a couple re-worded articles are not going to be the best ideas. I really emphasis trying to create a unique piece of content and getting it to go viral. Find out who the industry leaders are in terms of blogs and media sites and market your content to them. Guest posts work way better then spun articles, and if you can manage to get a sweet info-graphic or something of that nature to go viral you will see a huge backlink return on that. This also builds a natural profile, which Google has been focusing on heavily in recent updates as opposed to just a thousand directories or links from goarticles. Hope this helps.

Not exactly, info graphics are just what the name says... a graphic that gives the user info in a picture form. There is no difference if the backlinks are do-follow or no-follow. This will NOT tell google not to index your website, it will just tell it NOT to give weight to it (to help you get a higher PR!).. I think that also unique content is better than spinned articles and this will help you get a better SERP!
With what he saying is that No-Follow back-links to not carry any authority to your website, so Google will basically not use them when the calculate your websites rankings. As well he is deffinatly right when it comes to unique content, however it will give you better rankings not SERP becaue a SERP is a results page lol
Thats OLD tactics and can harm your site for sure. Think like Google, do you think they like that spam techniques?
i believe that article unique content and social bookmarking is very powerful for seo. But forum profile may bring a little traffic is now a thing of the past for SEO and thus gives no gain
Forum profiles still bear weight in bringing in backlinks. You just have to do it carefully and in moderate amounts ...
I have a small common iron nail factory, so I suppose if I write lots of unique content on my website it will go viral correct? I mean people already are talking about iron in bars and out in the countryside,all over the globe, I just need to write unique content, something that will keep my visitors glued I mean nailed to their chairs, drooling,thinking about iron products.. Is that it ?
