You can register for a .COM, via a domain name registrar and point the nameservers to the blogger blog and also you should change the settings of your blogger blog.

Blogger charges a lot of money for domains. I would recommend buying a domain from godaddy, and then linking it with your blogger account instead of buying the domain directly from blogger.
You cant use your adsense earning to pay them.However you can take help of your local IT firms to buy a custom domain.Just visited your blog and I think you should have one good domain.
I think no coz while i purchased .com domain from blogger than it just costs me $10 and greater advantage of bloggers is that there is no limit of Users online at a time so you don't have to pay additional charges in form of dedicated servers hosting or else. You are absolutely right. Even If your blogspot domain gets high traffic, stll Google does not ask to pay anything. In Pakistan a guy has Alexa rank of below than 100,000 and earning a good amount from adsense. His niche is pakistani daramas. If someone had .com domain + hosting, he would be having expense around $250 a month. But that guys has not need to pay for anything except just making posts on daily basis and earning money.
