    from my experience using win 7 & win vista i think windows 7 is better and more stable than windows vista

    Without a doubt, win7 is more stable than vista. I fact I think win7 was created because of that very fact.

    Win 7 is my favorite of all ms OS releases with xp just behind it. Vista was a dog.

    I have used both the OS. Window 7 is more compatible than window vista. But most of the softwares like turbo c, red hat Linux are incompatible with window 7. This is the disadvantage of using window 7.

    Windows 7 is so much better than vista, have used both for an extended period of time. Vista slows down a ton after just 3-4 months of use I have had 7 installed for a year an no problems still running smooth!
