Paypal account used for unauthorized transaction

Just now, I got email from paypal stating that my account is limited because it found some unusual activity in my account. Then, to my horror, netload.in has charged me 25Euro for 3 month premium?? WTF, I have registered with them just a month back with a free account, how the heck did they charge me with my authorization and knowledge, My personal and paypal account email is the same, I registered with the same email? Is it possible that they hacked my account??

As soon I read the mail from paypal, logged into my account and changed all password and security questions and filed for dispute! This is cheating from the seller's side!! My question is will paypal listen to me? Will I win the dispute, also the money is charged to my SBI Credit Card, since the card is linked to my paypal account.

What else Can i so to speed up my dispute??

Also how the hell did those netload people charge my account??

    Please reply friends!!

First of all sorry for your loss.

You should take it as a lesson not to create same password of paypal on other sites.

Secondly, if paypal has thought its a unusual transaction, you will likely win the case. You should ring to paypal because I think that's the best way.

PayPal is usually pretty good about unauthorized transactions. Get on the phone with them to speed up the process.

Thank you harris, I have learnt a lesson now! It is obviously a unsual transaction, I did not buy anything from them.

Better for you to give them a phone call and let them know of everything.

Nice to hear. Be alert next time don't do the same mistake. Don't use your paypal password anywhere.

If you went through PayPal order page, even without payment, the company may have set you up with a subscription where you get charged the following months.
To check if you have set up a subscription, go to Profile then My Money and you'll see My Pre-approved Payments.
If it says Active anywhere then you just have to click on the related item and disable it by clicking on Inactive or something..
