What are the essential steps to apply adsense

    Well how many visitors. I assume you mean under 100/week? If that's the case, leave it a bit. SEO your site, get it improved and get visitors. Then apply for Adsense and watch the earnings come in. Be patient and read their TOS carefully, they'll nail you in a second if you slightly violate one of them in the slightest.
