    Hello

    I'm in search of a virtual bank for a non citizen of the US, I want to use it for Paypal verification as well as for daily banking needs, I would also require a ATM card, I can provide A US based address, all I don't have is a social security number, I want to directly withdraw funds to my bank account from my Paypal account and I don't want any minimum balance, please let me a solution for the same.

    Where are you from? Why do you need the account to be in the USA? Most places are now available for PayPal to actually withdraw to their local country banks. Why would you need to withdraw it to a USA bank instead?

    To be fair, simply read the Paypal terms before getting started with the paypal otherwise it may lead to account suspension. So, without giving original details it is not possible to make your paypal account in stand.

    he want a international virtual online bank for non us citizens

    so he can use with paypal

    please understand

    example im in egypt and im facing the same proplems

    it is like us citizens are top class humans and we are pole shit ??

    or what ??

    u will tell me use something else rather than paypal

    i will tell u i dont have any choise when big companies and manufactures are dealing with paypal so
    what i can do

    is nothing

    we need virtual online bank who dont say you are from where
    and do this categorizing for people and services

    Per se there is no virtual account or virtual bank's account. Financial services are highly regulated. Those claiming to provide virtual account are not aware of laws of the land of the USA. I strongly recommend that you do verify before getting into trap.

    there was a bank called etrade who use to provide bank account in U.S and credit card who have $1000 or above in there account. Also recently i think etrade closed accepting new accounts.

    Go with Payoneer card man you will be satisfy.... Apply for their US Bank account, and you will able to verify your paypal as well will able to get daily transactions from your paypal to payoneer.
