    Forgot to mention in the main post that the site has Facebook integrated into it and uses the like button and Facebook comments. Both are on a per page basis and have boat loads of comments, real comments. FB is also coded into the site, does not use a plugin.

    Only plugins on the site are "All in one SEO pack", "Google XML sitemaps" and the "ultimate noindex nofollow tool". Everything else is coded into it.

    I own the site, not a business. and there is no need for copyright. It has the copyright in the footer that's all thats needed by Law (in the US).
    I am in discussions with a couple people so I don't want to give out the domain name any more right now. Sorry, just trying to protect the site, niche and stop people that just want to see it to learn something or attack the niche. My apologies.

    Because I am not posting the domain name for everybody to see. I mentioned it in the first post. I apologize for the inconvenience but I am trying to protect the site and the niche.
    I am currently in negotiations with a few people already so I am not releasing the domain name at this time.
