I have proxy network of few sites, Recently 3 days back I got $14.54 from 8 clicks... I don't have adsense installed anywhere except from my proxies and all the clicks were from proxies one proxy majorly making $9 alone with 4 clicks. I was awestruck seeing that. generally I make around $15-17/day from that network. That day my earning went to $29 that day. I was quite astonished.

Would like to read your views on this.

You can make quite a bit of money with quality clicks. I made 6$ on one click.

Nope proxy aren't against adsense TOS if ads are placed properly. Infact adsense is only one of the major reason people create networks. ;)

Adsense Ban would be coming in the way.. Google isn't a crazy company, you should stop doing that.

In response to adsense and proxy it is ok on the main pages only, you cannot place adsense codes on the proxified pages. And yes I've been paid by google for clicks on my adsense ads on my proxies.

Well. I guess Google will decide not to display Adsense ads on proxy sites soon.

That's almost $2 CPC! Do proxy sites really pay that much in average? I thought that business was flooded a long ago...

Nah that's not an average. Probably just a really really good day. Unless the user has optimised his site for specific keywords, The best I've seen in the past couple of weeks on my non-keyword targeted proxies was either 94 or 96c (cannot remember which) and most are under 20c. But that's just me, others might be doing better.

If there is major competition between advertiser, then you may have good CPC rate for your ads.

Its not about the click. Its about the competition between advertisers.

The usual steps for setting up any other site, get a domain name and hosting but you need to make sure your host will allow a proxy site. Get a proxy script phproxy and glype seem to be most popular, install the script on your server, customise it, start promoting.
