Why dofollow link is more important than nofollow ?

I just wondering many times that why dofollow link is more important in seo. Is this a method of good seo or something else.any answer must be appreciate.

 

just because dofollow backlink pass the PR juice and get indexed

 

No follow link will only have text of your link which could not be followed by a robot . Only a links can be followed from one site to another .
thats why do follow links are much more important. Nofollow links can give you traffic buy they can't give you seo importance.

 

Coz do follow links will increase your Page Rank in search engine!

Hi there, when you declare a link as "nofollow", you tell the google bot "do not look at this link"...the link actually works and will take you to the target page when you click on it, however it is just not regarded as a reference, saying if you follow this link you will find some valuable info... so no, links with the "nofollow" attribute will not increase the ranking of the site they link to...

Both dofollow and nofollow backlinks will help for SEO.

 

According to the Google's page rank algorithm. Only do-follow backlinks are considered to page rank a website/page. This is a method to measure the reputation of a website/page in the web.

 

NoFollow links are not considered by Search algorithm and DoFollow links sends back links to your website and the keywords that are used to get higher ranks in search engines. The NoFollow links actually prevent search engine spiders to crawl the link and so it is not fruitful from a SEO point of view.

 

Do not disregard nofollow links because a site with all do follow links does not look natural.

 

If you have a 'nofollow' link on your site, you get to keep all of your SEO link power. But when you have a 'dofollow' link on your site, you are passing some of your SEO power to the other sites linking out from your page.

 

Dofollow is more important than Nofollow because do follow have quick response and give high quality back links. But we have had good results from using a mixture of Do Follow and No Follow. A Dofollow link indeed raises the ranking but even a Nofollow link is very helpful in terms of ranking too.

from my experience, if all of your backlinks are do-follow you might be in troubles.. always make sure to pass some no-follow backlinks (10-15% of total backlinks)

 

I recommend mixing the two. To me, nofollow has some benefits in getting your site indexed and looking more natural.
