    Thanks for your reply. I got the confirmation email on 19th March. Hope to get the card next week. Mail from America usually gets here within ten days that's why I am expecting my card next week.

    Thanks for your reply but I have no idea what you are talking about. Your reply is very generic and doesn't help me at all. I don't have a website. I sell different digital products and services on forums.

    Suppose Ms. Hunny Bunny pays me from her alertpay balance on 1st Jan 2012. After how many days should I assume that the funds she sent me were safe? Is she allowed to open a dispute when ever she wants? I mean after 1 month? 2 months? 6 months? 1 year? In case of paypal a dispute cannot be opened after 45 days? What about Alertpay?
    Somebody told me that a dispute can be opened at any time. Is this true?

    no only with 60 days but alertpay can block your money without any reason any day any time
    maintain distance from alertpay for your better future .

    Ticket ID : UUZ-906965 Account limited for pending verification on last month 29th. I have submitted all documents within few min on 29th Feb.Least week you requested high quality. Again I submitted High Quality of documents last week. Still no reply from you.

    Note that I have verified my account on year 2006 and using till now. But suddenly you have limited my account and also no response . Pending verification since Feb 29th. Please check on with that and reply. Its been very long delay and frustrating.

    i just recently came across alertpay and applied for personal pro account, but it seems that i can't get myself verified using credit card that is. what's wrong?

    and is it true that alertpay doesn't accept anything to do with the adult industry? i have a client who wants to accept payments for adult advertising, will they be able to use alertpay?

    I have been with PayPal since 2004 and going through almost everything with scammers, chargebacks, account freeze for 6 months but luckily I always got help and going through safety since I'm seriously with my small businesses, now its time to have an AlearPay like all others (currently using PayPal, WebMoney, MoneyBookers) but seem like AlearPay don't really welcome new comers like me. It's past a month but I didn't get verified account yet (average 4 days for each reply via ticket) because they can't verified credit card, can't send checks, and also bank transfer is not available too, it's all paper works like the old old days....

    I wonder if I got scam, who would help me to keep my hard earning money safety ? Or AlertPay is touch in beginning but more friendly after I got in?

    How about mine. I am not a new member. Using since 2006 and Already verified . Now again limited from Feb 29, 2012. Submitted all documents, You said to submit High Quality. Again Sent High Quality of Photo ID and Address Proof on Feb 13th, 2012. Still no updates. Its nearly 1 month.

    Please tell me what's wrong with your Verified Exchanger... Their said my funds is ON HOLD on their account and their said too it's will take 2 - 3 days after doing AP transfer to their account. NOW is 9 days and their said still ON HOLD. WTF this services? Before this you said I'm wrong using even someone transact with me to pay Drop Shipping and V.O and told to me to use Verified Exchanger, when I use them I got another problem too? WTF of this hah? Alertexchanger.com is SCAM! Already search through google and many people get scammed throught this site liste on AP Verified Exchanger? I need my money back and return back if you check that's still ON HOLD on their account before their give me very stupid reason!

    You must take back verified on their site if JUST GIVE PROBLEM TO AP USERS and unlist their on your Verified Exchanger! This is 2nd time big problem you all give to me. What's wrong with you all AP CS? Just help scammer, old scammer and new scammer through your services?

    Dear Sir,

    It seems that do not want to understand the emails that we already sent you. We explained for several times the Alertpay's out-exchange process.

    Whenever you send a transaction to ANY accredited exchanger for AlertPay, the funds are automatically put "on hold" in the exchanger's account. This is a fact whether you believe or not.

    Please note that in your own account the transfer will show as "completed", however in our account it will show as "on hold" UNTIL someone from the AP staff reviews it. Normally they are reviewed within 2-3 business days and we complete the orders upon release.
    Sometimes, it may happen to take more than 3 business days and you are free to contact Alertpay for any other details regarding to your transaction (as you already did).

    Now, please show me where is the scam because you stated that.

    You said 3 Working days its almost 30 Days still my account not verified.
    Submitted Medium, High, 1080P, HD Quality document Scan Pictures every time you ask..
    Still no reply.
    If you have problem on verify process in your site. Then why can't you remove limit in my account for now , my account is verified and using since 2006 but again limited since Feb 29th, 2012.

    It is true that we won't accept adult websites to be able to utilize check out pages, however adult industries will be able to receive/send balance payments. This would mean that your client will be able to receive money through the send money feature.

    Screw you alertpay, crap service sent my money to wrong address now over 30 days later someone files a dispute and before that they wouldn't even send the check to the right address.
