Using PayPal without Bank / Credit?

Hello.

I just signed up for PayPal and i saw. (when I was done)

that i must activate it with an Bank account or a Credit card before i can recive any money or send any money.

Is that just for recive from a card / bank and send to a bank ?

or is it general ?

Because I don't got a Visa / Master since I got a Meastro....

without cc or ba you can use vcc instead

 

without bank a/c u cant use pp now a days in india

If you have a Maestro card, then you should be having a bank account. use your bank account to verify you paypal account and you are good to go.

 

Vcc provider wait for you. he he.you can do that.
