You really don't need to do much to join CloudFlare (create account, change to our nameservers at your registrar). Are you streaming video content at all? If so, you should actually put streaming content on a subdomain we don't touch in your DNS settings (create subdomain->CloudFlare->settings->DNS settings->Add subdomain->make sure cloud is gray).
