put the adsense between the content??

    hi. i want to know if i can place my adsense ad between my page content or i have to put it on sidebar or every place which has a ready space for ad(i mean predetermined space on template)??

    Large or medium rectangle worked fine for me on left after 1st paragraph or 100 words.
