    Well, if you want to sell a TM domain, go for it.

    But who would want to buy a TM domain and have to give it up to MS?

    Try selling on SEDO, and see what you will get.

    do you even know the meaning of TM ? First of all, Windows Eight is not a TM.. its 'windows 8' .. According to the United States federal law known as the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, is registering, trafficking in, or using a domain name with bad faith is ILLEGAL .. another thing unless and untill you are competing with the TM its legal. If you were planning to use it with bad faith than obviously microsoft aint gonna leave you. Anyway, I dont want to argue with people who argue without any knowledge ..

    Hi Darlene,

    You can always add a forum or something. Tips, tricks, themes, games and stuff like that .. earn from adsense .. can sell premium themes, games and other stuff. Search engines read 8 and eight in a same way so obviously its would be good for the rankings (its like having windows8DOTorg..same thing)..I suppose you wont find a single domain more suitable than this for a windows 8 site. So ofcourse its brandable. :)

    The term 'Windows' is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation, so it is a TM domain if used for a Microsoft related site.
