It's name is Toxoplazma gondii . You got by inhaling or eating it's spores that came from the cat shit. Perhaps, some animal ate it and you ate it's meat, or forgot to wash your hands after handling undercooked meat. It's over now, it's in your brain and you will never get it out. From now on you are more likely to die in an accident, kill yourself or to develop schizophrenia

    Look it up

20-25% of Americans and Brits have it in their brains
50-60% of the French, German and other Europeans have it in their brains
80% of the Brazilians have it in their brains
up to a 100% people in many regions of India, Phili and other tropical countries have it in their brains

    Things to remember:
    1) Its alive and active
    2) You will never get it out of your brain
    3) It slowly changes your personality, your way of thinking
    4) Once your immunity system is compromised due to AIDS, organ transplant or cancer treatment , or any other reason, it can get very active again and can kill you

You can go and thank your neighbor or farmer for having his cats now. Or perhaps, you can thank yourself.

    Test yourself

It's true but not that dramatic. Just read the wiki article...

Have you read the part of the article where it says " Possible link to psychiatric disorders " and the part " Behavioral changes " ? The fact is that if you have 30 people that are infected and 30 people that are not infected, you can always tell which is which without doing any blood tests.
If 3 billion people having alive mind- benting parasites in their brains is not dramatic enough for you, then I don't know what is

It's actually spelled "toxoplasma gondi" and has been around for a long time. Cats get it from eating infected mice. Normally this gives you flu like symptoms and lasts for a few days to a month at most. It is largely minor and self limited. A normal person's immume system will usually irradicate it.
It is "VERY" dangerous however to an unborn fetus,so pregnant mothers need to stay away from uninoculated stray cats.

I believe thesickearth has this parasite and it made him to post this info here. :)

Also, there's plenty one can do in order not to be a great host for parasites, as well as to get them out. There is a wide variety of parasite killing herbs including Green Hull Black Walnut Hulls, Cloves, Wormwood (Artemisia absynthium), Garlic, Pumpkin Seeds, Cayenne pepper, Goldenseal, Sage, Thyme, Fennel, Male Fern, Cranberry Powder, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Apple kernel, olive leave extract, apple seeds,... to name a few.

@timepilot: So are my two cats! Praise the beautiful cats!

Because of where I am from, I am very likely to have it ,yes. I will test myself.

To name a few? There is nothing out there in the Universe that can get Toxoplasma out of your brain. Not while you are alive, anyway.

Oh I see you have parasites in your brain too. Well in that case let me thank you for my toxoplasmosis. Perhaps I will have a chance to repay my debt, to you or yours.
