G+ sends out its outbound clicks from a specific URL, plus.google.com. If you use Google Analytics, you’ll find it under Traffic Sources > Referring Sites > plus.google.com.

I think there is no such tab that can help you track the traffic report of Google+ on your Google analytics account. Hope there comes a mechanism through which we can track the detailed traffic reports of Google plus right from the dashboard of Google analytics!

There is also something for G+ that is akin to tweetreach. Can't recallw hat it's called, but that might provide some useful information as well.

I think there is no such tab that can help you monitor the visitors review of Google+ on your The search engines statistics consideration. Wish there comes a process through which we can monitor the specific visitors reviews of The search engines plus right from the dash of The search engines analytics!

G+ is available on Google Analytics. I think we can also check traffic.

Check your Referral Source in the Traffic Sources area... though it may be listed as "(not provided)"

It should show up as "plus.url.google.com" under "referrals"

google plus will send email to other users in your circles, and i believe that every users will open email from google plus, and that means your status, updates etc will get visitors. unlike facebook that we open everyday, google plus using the power of gmail to get traffics
