    No need to "delete" it. Just remove the ads from your site and ignore it.

    I think there's a way to delete it too, if you are just dying to get rid of it. Check in the help section of Adsense.

    Just click on some of the ads yourself and Google will delete it for you... ( about 20 times on each ad/banner should do it )

    Because I have add the wrong site url. I want to delete it. After that i create new one account.

    You can add the new domain to your account, just take the ads off the old one. No need to notify Google or do anything special.
