Every time I sign in to my AdSense account, I am sent to a page that has only two tabs: Home and Reports. The only thing I can do is look at a report - there are no other options available. How can I get into the other parts of AdSense? I can no longer change my ads, for example. Also, since I am the webmaster for most of my clients, I have access to their AdSense accounts. Now, when I try to sign in to one of their accounts, I am transferred to my own defunct account. So I can no longer change their ads either! I have tried everything I can think of to overcome this problem, including deleting my cache and all my cookies. But somehow, Google remembers me anyway.
me think it's internet problem sometime we got success in every step but at the last step getting hanged,,,
If you are saying that my account HAS BEEN banned, you may be right. But if that is so, I should have received an email notification, and I have not.
Have you clear the cookies, that may cause you login to the same account and also try with different browser!
My god...what? What MarketCap said might work. Clear your browser cookies AND cache or use an other browser.
It looks like the mobile version of adsense where you can do nearly nothing.. So yes, maybe it thinks you're on a mobile for whatever reason.
Sorry about the delay in replying to all of you. The powers that be at DigitalPoint told me I couldn't post because "Live links and signatures are not available to you yet", whatever that means. Here's some replies: @the.wizard: this account is both personal and business @MarketCap: I cleared all cookies and cleared my browser cache - no change; I tried a different browser - no change. @JamesColin: You may be right, Google might think I'm on a mobile device - there were some indications of that. Except that I don't have a mobile device. And if that's the reason, it's still not an answer, because I can't find a way to tell them I'm on my desktop computer. Anyway, I finally found the proper way to contact Google if I can't see my ads ( which I just discovered is true - all my AdSense ads have disappeared - from dozens of my websites and blogs ). I filled out a form at https://support.google.com/adsense/bin/request.py?&contact_type=csa - and I should get an answer in 24 - 48 hrs. Of course, this may be just another instance of Google's arrogant attitude ( We're the god of the internet, and we don't care about allayou little people! ).
hope so bcoz sometime me troubling to opening some site on google chrome don't know the reason of hiding
Google Support never replied to my query. However, it turns out I had two seperate problems: 1. I couldn't see my ads. I solved this problem myself, and my ads are now showing on all my websites. It was an artifact of my own browser settings - the ads were visible to most other people. 2. I still can't access my AdSense account to make any changes. However, I have a work-around for this problem. I signed in to my account on Internet Explorer, and it's now working fine in that browser. So I'll just use IE instead of Firefox.
Maybe in firefox you have an add-on which modifies the user agent variable to make sites think you're on a mobile device.. think about it, maybe you installed it long time ago, you wouldn't notice it on most sites which don't display anything different depending on the user agent variable, but some do..
