    Avoid constantcontact.

Many ISP's and corporates block them for spamming.

Depending on the quantity of emails being sent, you might look at hosting the email server yourself. We do that, as the cost is the same as a 3rd party platform and we gain additional flexibilities.

I have reviewed all offers and i think that it would be batter to setup a cheap VPS with 1 dedicated ip for bulk emailing.
It will only cost around $12 max.
    Isn't it ???

No, it's not that simple. All major ISP's will have you on a spam list within a few hundred emails sent.

You need SFP, proper DNS configuration, ISP white listing and much more to secure successful sending. That's what you pay for with people like Pure360.

If you want a technical headache and risk being spamlisted so you can never send email again, indeed use your own server.

Whatever you do make sure you get it right. Had some massive headaches with blacklisted servers (mainly with AOL) in the past.

Tip: make sure the return path is being set correctly.

    Not a chance!

I spend about $180 a month on a dedicated server that was optimised for sending emails in a very fast manner.

Not true - unless of course, you are a spammer.

Or - you can actually do all that yourself as it happens.

The AOL whitelist is the hardest to get onto, but not impossible if you "own" your IP address. Hotmail spam reporting is incredibly easy to get onto.

Habius, Bonded Sender and Goodmail are simply a case of using your credit card.

Now, if you are sending a few hundred emails, then using a 3rd party service is going to be fine, as the time taken to manage your own IP adress for whitelisting etc is not worth the hassles.

We send tens of thousands of emails per day without any significant issues, and use our own hardware to do it.

100% positive chance... ive got a quote of $10 VPS with 1 GB Space and 50 GB Bandwidth with dedicated IP. I can manage it by myself i don't need to optimize it very hardly because my targeted emails are to yahoo, rediff, sify, hotmail.
I will have to send 15000 emails daily. Its a trial and will let you guys know whats the result.
