Does Google Adsense code tracks IP-address info (like regular counters and stats scripts) about the visitors of my site?

i wouldnt doubt it, for the fact that it can be used to prevent click fraud from the same IP

That's no surprise at all. How else could they know you were clicking on your own website and thereby ban you for violating their TOS?

Because my IP is already banned , and Adsense account disabled due invalid clicks..i am trying to get new account with different names , domains etc..but on the same Internet Service Provider..
I will check my new account on different PC, on the old PC i will only update my new site.. so the quiestion is are they detect that i visit to update the new site form the the banned IP?

They won't be able to tell who is connecting to the site's FTP, if that is how you update the site. If you need to check the output on HTTP, you could set it up so that your site doesn't send the AdSense js when you visit from home.

Sure, you need server-side scripting such as Php. With Php just use this in your html in place of your AdSense code:
Replace 127.127.127.127 with your home IP address. You can get it by visiting ipchicken.com from home. Visit the site from home to make sure the message doesn't appear, and from another location (or maybe using anonymouse.org, not sure though) to make sure it does appear. If it's all good, replace [THIS SHOULD NOT APPEAR FROM HOME, SHOULD APPEAR OTHERWISE] with your AdSense code.

If you're sure you want to try to evade Google, you're going to have to be really careful about not logging into your Google account from home, if you use GMail or anything. Hey, have you tried just fixing the problem(s) and requesting your account be reactivated?

There are no ads on the admin panels of blog SWs I believe so you don;t have a prob there
for just visiting a site you can not get banned from AS so you will be able to see how does it look
you just have to be careful where you log into your AS account from...

I hope this is not the same site/domain you got banned already for

Did you break the TOS that hard that you do not want to try to reactivate your account?

You might want to just use a proxy (like anonymouse)... that way you can see what ads are being triggered :)

Why is everyone giving advices on how to trick Google to someone who got banned and didn't learn anything from that? Someone is paying for invalid clicks.
