    Yep,, you can buy a 1000 facebook friends for a few dollars,, Of course they are not real, and will never visit your site, or send you a Christmas Card at Christmas.

    Just like most of my real friends........

    For increasing friends you have to be a regular user of FB. Try to join in groups and like fan pages and then take part in various discussions. After that start sending friend requests to active members. But, do not do blasting , because you may be temporally banned from FB.

    You are daily online in FB and add Groups so lot's of People day by day add your network and this is easy way no any type of buying for friends.

    If you have website and the facebook page is for this website i can suggest you to do what i did. i put a nice dialog box that will open in my website after 4 seconds with a text why they will get "exclusive coupons" and news and updates through our facebook page, now i used the traffic i already get from other sources (ppc,organic etc) and convert it into facebook and newsletter subscribers its easy and effective (i got 20 more likes and more 10 subscribers each day for 1000 visitors each day to the website).

    Why don't you invite your old friends. I suggest you don't add strangers or you'll surely regret it. I prefer my facebook to be more personal so the friendslist I have are only the people I know.

    If you talking about fans on facebook , so You need to make attractive facebook fan page then update on daily basis with your product or offer on that wall.

    First ask your friends those who are using facebook.com
    They will easily become your friends. After that send friend request to your friends's friends or tell them, will they ask their friends to be friend of you?
    Like this can make too much friends
