I've signup with linkshare about 5 months ago, was approved and right when i was about to set up the works, then i couldn't access the site. Page cannot be found. So i figured it was maintenance week or something, so i tried later again. 5 months went by i still can't access it. I kinda want to get with them as that they have great stuff to offer...oh well. I at the same time went to CJ.com and tried them too and they too were down 5 months ago. Sometimes one page will be up and be gone later. So now i'm thinking that it might be my connection and CJ/Linkshare problem? I'm sure the site works for you all but me. I'm stuck with Amazon in this case.(sigh)
Check your hosts file. Some software blocks affiliate networks like CJ and LS. Sounds like something on your PC as both sites are up 99.9% of the time.

Look under location in the wikipedia article. Open the file in notpad or some other text editor and removed any line with the cj domain in it.
