Hello all, I have just posted a new blog post about getting bad seo advice on my site. As I'm still learning as most everyone I wanted to ask your opinion on this post and topic. If you know anything about my site you will know I'm no expert. Only sharing seo tips that I have learned. I'm looking forward to your comments here and on the article page. I should also say that I created this post in about 15 minutes. I'm kind of on the spot kind of guy. I will read the article over the next couple of days to find and fix anything wrong. Thanks
I should say that the article is a bit general in its perspective, you should go further with examples
My suggestions to make a good article: Eye-catching title In-text links to landing pages Sidebar/banner calls to action Social sharing buttons Call to action at the bottom Relevancy—making sure the post is relevant from top to bottom
I'dd only add the importance of making the article well-structured, so it's rather readable for a user, that is add lists, subtitles, paragraphs, etc.
yea, this article was written on he go as I was on a kick about all the crazy bad advice out there. Though this is a seo newbie blog I'm not to worried about the seo of the site. It is more a seo info that I learn for my records and to help newbies that run into the site. Thanks for the comments.
