    Have you heard of SEO, anytime before ?
    On-page and off-page SEO is one of the first steps you have to carry to get your rankings in google. If you are new to it, I would suggest you to learn first by reading the numerous threads on this forum (before posting or asking questions by opening a new thread :p)

    To get High PR in google, try to get strong no of backlinks on good quality sites. donot add irrelevant links. purchase on keyword domain name related to your site.
