What is the best way to get backlinks for my websites???

Hello friends, can anyone explain me what is the best way to get back links for my website. Also i am doing forum posting, blog commenting and social bookmarking but i do not get good result for my website.

 

If you are targeting high competitive keyword then it will take some time to see the result.

I guess you do the right thing but you can definitely try to submit articles to directories or write guest posts.
I thinks that the process takes time so be patient to see some results.

 

There are lots of trick to get good back links but some of them are really effective and more useful to increase quality back links to your website such as Forum posting, Social bookmarking, Blog commenting and Article submission.

remember one thing - CONTENT IS KING. All those activities like blog posting, link exchanging etc are on the edge of black hat SEO. Just make interesting and usable content and people will come back by themselves eventually .

Does commenting and article submission help by itself or only if people follow the link to your site?

 

I would highly recommend to find similar sites, on the same topics, and high quality, with a good page rank, and simply mail the webmaster for each site and ask for a link exchange. You could expect 1-2 of 10 to actually answer you. Most of them to tell you that they are not going to change links. But also when you send a lot of requests you start to see some statistics and get some results. Maybe 1 of 20 would like to change a link with you.

Of course this statistics change from site genre and so on...

and remember that a link in the middle of a relevant (to the keywords, topic) sentence is much more worth than just a link with the pages name in the menu or at the bottom of a site.
