keyboard is weird?

    My keyboard is acting very unusual . The alphabets like U I O are turned into 4 5 6. Why is this happening? Not only the alphabets are disturbed, the punctuations are too! You may ask how am i typing now, well i'm using the on-screen keyboard that is! Please, serious help! It's no good using on-screen keyboard!

    It would be helpful if you could provide more information about your keyboard. The other thing that I would like to suggest you is that if you are not quite well-versed with its technicalities of these it will be better that you look for the servicing center or someone else that could fix it for you.

    Thanks for letting people know that there are many more languages in the world than plain old English, and that many of them use diacriticals that are unfamiliar to us. No one else seemed to understand what the point was of the (sic) wierd symbols.
    You seem to be fluent in the Windows operating system so maybe you can help me with something I can’t find in the Help file (often this involves asking the right question).
    My problem involves getting Outlook Express to spellcheck in English. I have gone into Control Panel|Date, Time, Language and Regional Options|Regional and Language Options|Languages|Details.
