I want to know if there are some good sites for me to track the traffic of my competitor. Someone had suggested compete.com to me, but I find its data is not accurate.

There are many methods to check your competitor traffic some of which are as follow:
    1. Check competitor backlinks using baclinks checker tools.
    2. Check Competitor website in alexa http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/compete.com#trafficstats click the link. And see this u got the competitor .....

    Hi,
Infact you cannot get the exact data of your competitor like Google Analytic, but you can get the exact data of Adwords Traffic from http://www.keywordspy.com/overview/keyword.aspx?q=adwords traffic estimator
Hope this helps you a bit.

You are not going to find anything reliable to tell you that but you can take pieces from a few different tools and get a good idea.

It's impossible to find out exactly how much traffic your competitors get unless they somehow have their log file statistics out in the open. Sites such as Alexa can give you some comparative data, but they will never give you the exact data of traffic that your competitors receive. Or else you can use Compete to estimate the total US traffic for nearly every site on the web. Compete uses data from ISPs, their own toolbar and other data source to calculate the unique visitors and hits (or pageviews) of a site.
But mind it, these datas are not the exact one.

I think alexa is the only good source which can indicate you an approximate number and not the exact number..
