    I'm not a big fan of the alternate sidebars, nor of the multi colored text. Kind of looks 1990's.
    Also your social media stuff is all spread out. Follow is in one spot. Google friend connect and RSS are in completely different spots. And Subscribe by email someplace else.

    The page rank and views badges are also very outdated. You don't see professional blogs using such noob tools.
    You also have "Recent Posts" and "Popular Posts" on opposite sides of the page AND they are in 2 different fonts? Why?

    What's the appointment "gadget" for? Are you taking appointments? For what? What business are you in? And why use an outside tool that takes readers to another site, when you can use a simple form on your site to gather basic information and contact?

    There is no "About" page,and your slogan doesn't say anything about what the blog is about."Best blog for folks"? What folks?
    And every noob blog in the universe has hosting ads on it. You aren't even talking about hosting. It's out of place.
    Whosamong us? Totally unnecessary. Another noob tool.

    Pop up and pop under ads? Bad move. People hate those.
    You adsense isn't even color matched to the rest of the site.

    Lastly, the blue for your live links is too light for all viewers and mobile devices, and your navigation is not laid out well. Why is it on 3 different lines, instead of using all of the available space on each one?

    Basically, it looks like every blog, by every first time blogger. All of the same mistakes and gadgets that serve no purpose but to have them.
    Overall, waaaayyyy too many ads., badges, bars, tools, and everything else. Looks like you threw every avaiable free gadget on it that you could find.

    JMO.
