How Do I Promote My Freebie Stuffs?

I have some freebie stuffs which I would like to give away. I would like to know what are the methods that can be used for promoting my landing page?

 

Well before I can give you a better answer. I need to know if it's ebooks or reports in exhange for an option or what it is?

I have both a free reporting service and an ebook which has some marketing insights...

 

The effective way of doing this is by hosting a giveaway on your blog and spreading it to forums. I've seen new blogs grow through that method. There are sections in forums that caters to giveaways like in Blogaholic Networks. And, there are blogs that contains the latest giveaways and promos. You can tap them. Just make sure that you have allot an ample amount of time in exposing your giveaway. Good luck!

 

The best free promoting method is having your website in the Linkreferral Network. Just register your website and small description over there and completed the assigned tasks (usually it takes 15-20 mins for me) and your website will be getting traffic along with reviews from the other members on your website.

yeah, there are lots of forums you can post to send out ebooks or free service.Also lots of free sources or free stuff directories out there.

 

Find some of the linkedin groups and offer it up!

 

Twitter if you have a following in that niche. Plenty of ways to get followers too, just don't be spammy or try to sell them anything because it doesn't work =P

 

Try classifieds: backpage, craigslist - works like magic!

Content is king. That is the most important key to success.

 

If you are interested in starting your own JV Giveaway - I suggest you enter a few of them as a participant first and offer your ebook on them to get the feel for what's involved. You can then advance to purchase a script and host one yourself as I may be doing in the near future. The down side is that I am not aware of a free script for doing this. The good part though is that you will likely charge others to join your JV Giveaway when they advertise their ebooks, so you can earn back the cost of the script and eventually use the money you save to create money to use toward additional advertising - all while building a very nice large list of your own. The best script from my opinion is the 'Ultimate JV Giveaway' script. Also, there are other good ones out there, but this is the one I will likely be purchasing shortly.

you can make a facebook fan page to capture email address of your visitors with a video and a resume about your freebie and do facebook ppc to your fan page. That way you can promote your product by doing email marketing.
