Review of Adsense Position on Site

Please I need the more experienced Adsense publishers on this forum to review the positions of my Adsense ads. I have to know if they comply with the Adsense TOS and program policies. Useful advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

My first impression is that you need to put the website a bit wider so that your "Login" box does not look out of margin or get a Banner (468 x 60), besides this everything looks just right

 

Thanks for the observation. I am currently trying to move the login box to a different location, but I am having a difficulty choosing which place will be best. That's the default style and it distorts the look of the board

 

Any more tips to optimizing my ad positions to increase click through rates? Or am I breaking any of the rules without knowing?
