    Hi ,

Today I noticed a momentary change in SERP when my blog jumped straight to the 14 place (from 25) but it was very temporary.
Does it mean that a major SERP change is on its way ?

I don't think anyone can predict the future. But keep working on your site, keep updating it, and keep doing what you're doing. Hopefully the next jump up will be a bit more permanent. :)

Agree with him. Just update your site regularly with unique content and build backlinks. It will help you to keep the SERP in stable. Additionally, try to reduce the bounce rate by using a good theme.

This is quite common... Rankings can fluctuate for any reason. And, there is nothing called SERP change or update, SERP changes frequently.

Read this thread for common reason for rank fluctuation.

Google tests and implements algorithm update from time to time, just stick with improving your site content and quality links for it always guarantee good rankings.

SERP fluctuations happen all the time. Don't look at the short term. Monitor the SERP results over extended periods of time.
It does get one excited, though, thinking that something big is happening.

This happens quite regularly, and is very normal, google is a dynamic search engine, so it's not unusual

Google is always changing and depending on their algorithms and webcrawlers, your website will look different in google's eyes, but the thing you want is to have the fluctuation stop at the first page of google =D
