Hi all, I have been surfing around the Internet and was wondering which category of ebooks that people are most interested in. Cheers, Webchoice
The "idea" of an ebook is what I like. But there really is no substitute for a real book in my hands.
I hate ebooks, mainly because the majority of ones i've read have been scams or free information I can find myself!
I think that there is no deference, book is book and if it is good for cognition or entertainment, then it is worth reading. I think scams can be recognized from the first glance...
Hi factchecker, thank you for asking. I would like to know what category of ebooks you are interested in?
People usually buy ebooks on subjects that aren't freely available - hypnosis, magic tricks - stuff that they can't fnd anywhere else
Hi clvezlys, thank you for your reply. I would like to know which category interest you the most among those subjects that you have mentioned. Thank you.
well, magic tricks always look good to me. And, if you buy those books for reselling, you usually get something worth the money. There's a downside though - alot of the authors use compilers that make use of Internet Explorer engine. Also, i think alot of people (me included) would be interested on "original" crafts, for example, homebrew jewelery, or in some instructable ebook on some interesting skill - pyrotechnics and lockpicking. I used hypnosis just as an example of the type - truth is, you can't get decent eboks on hypnosis. It takes normal books with hundreds of pages to learn. At most, you'll get introductory ebooks - if you choose well. Oh, and i've seen examples (usually my friends from a nearby university) of HUGE recipes ebooks selling well.
