I wana transfer a domain transfered already 40 days ago, is that possible?

I made a deal to buy a domain from someoane ... but that domain was transfered to that person 40 days ago and he must transfer that domain to me know ... I wanat to make an account to the same registrar (mydomain.com) and recive a push for that domain. Is that ok? Becouse I read that you are not alowed to transfer a domain in the first 60 days after last transfer.

That's if you're transferring a .com domain name between two registrars. Ideally you can transfer a .com anytime between two accounts
in the same registrar itself, though best you check with that registrar in particular to be sure.

 

I think the transfer domain, they must take time at least 60 days

 

Now I got the diference between push and transfer. The 60 days rule apply for transfer only.

Are you trying to push or transfer the domain?
There is a hold on newly registered domains.

 

You need to wait 60 days from the last domain transfer date.
