why people buy DP signature link when there is nofollow?

Because signatures can drive traffic. I get about 35-50 visitors a day from just 2 different forums. It's not a lot, no. But it's VERY targeted.

 

I have also the same question why people buy no follow signature link.

 

It's been answered - it's not for link equity, it's for traffic.

 

nofollow backlink is still help in crawling

 

They do it to increase traffic to your website or threads, not for SEO purpose.

 

Even though they are nofollow, still there is something we can get from the signatures links (i.e. Referral traffic and brand exposure).

Are you kidding? It is even better than a dofollow link. If an active poster has your website in their sig, then 100's of people will see it and click on it!

DP has a load of people who are interested in web hosting so its advertising with a directed audience.. can't really beat that

 

When you have good amount of posts, click on the link sales, sub-category "signature links"

 

though its a no follow, people do it coz it will be considered as a good back from a high pr website, which indeed can drive good amount of traffic.
