Meta Tags.. Where ?????

    To improve search engine ranking, we need to add Meta Title, Meta Description and Meta Tags in our Wordpress blog. But, where do we need to add these stuff. I mean, as we have many pages inside our dashboard(e.g. page.php, main.php, single.php etc), in which page(s) we have to add our Meta stuff.

    Do we need to add these for each post i.e. every time when we submit a new post??

    keep one thing in mind ... to get high ranking google no more consider meta tag.. you have to improve In-Page SEO in order to get high rank.. :) :)

    I'm using the YOAST SEO plugin in which gives me the ability to modify meta title and meta description's for each blog post and blog category. Also this does this for the homepage title and description. Google for the URL to the plugin. This is a very good SEO plugin to have on your wordpress blog.

    I am also using YOAST SEO plugin, and also modify meta title and meta description's for each blog post and blog category regularly.

    So, do I need to make any change in the code?? or it will be updated automatically when I modify the meta stuff??
    Please suggest
